LIMITED LICENCE

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website. All logos, trademarks, and Content are owned by Myfitbe. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute Content without written permission.

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase products.
  • Authorized use only for businesses/representatives.
  • We may suspend access for violations of the User Agreement or any law.

AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability. Access may be affected by maintenance or disruptions. We reserve the right to modify or suspend services at any time.

Myfitbe sells dietary supplements and wellness products for personal use only. Availability may vary, and purchases are at your own risk.

Taxes including GST apply as per Indian law. Orders may be cancelled for payment failure or suspicious activity.

Shipping & Cancellation Policy

  • 82 is non-refundable for any order cancelled after dispatch.
  • For prepaid orders, the applicable courier cancellation charge of that order will be deducted from the refund.
  • Myfitbe is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by third-party courier companies.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. Domestic Shipping (India): We deliver across all serviceable PIN codes in India. Prepaid orders enjoy free express shipping. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a mandatory ₹82 advance booking token.

2. International Shipping (69 Supported Countries): We ship globally to 69 authorized destination countries via express international couriers (including Delhivery Cross-Border, DHL, FedEx, and postal partners).

International Transport Charges & Customs Terms

  • Flat Transport Charge: International courier and transport charges are flat ₹3,000 INR per order. This fee is automatically converted and billed in your local currency according to your delivery location.
  • Customs Duty, Taxes & Clearance Fees: All international shipments are fulfilled on a Delivered at Place (DAP / DDU) basis. Any import duties, destination VAT/GST, customs clearance charges, or administrative levies assessed by local border authorities must be paid directly by the client (buyer) upon arrival in the destination country.
  • Personal Import Quantity Caps: Shipments strictly observe destination personal import allowances (standard 3-month supply caps up to 24 units total per order, Japan 2-month supply caps up to 15 units total, and South Africa 6-month supply caps up to 46 units total; stack bundles count each individual product inside against caps) to guarantee smooth customs clearance.
  • Estimated Delivery Timelines: Domestic deliveries typically take 2–5 business days. International express transit takes approximately 5–10 business days depending on customs processing speeds.
  • International Refund & Cancellation Policy: For international orders, refunds are strictly and exclusively applicable to products that are damaged upon arrival or courier-confirmed lost in transit. Products detained, seized, confiscated, or destroyed by destination customs or border regulatory agencies are strictly non-refundable. If a recipient rejects, refuses, or abandons delivery (including refusal to pay assessed customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes), there is strictly no refund.

USER REGISTRATION

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend accounts for suspected misuse or violations.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT

Minor variations in product descriptions/images may occur. Listing is an invitation to offer; acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the Product.

USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Prohibited: Uploading harmful, obscene, or illegal content, attempting unauthorized access, or violating any Indian law.

QUANTITY RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to limit the number of units per order or account to ensure fair purchasing.

PRICING INFORMATION

Prices are in INR, inclusive of GST. In case of pricing errors, orders may be cancelled and refunded before dispatch.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify Myfitbe from losses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

FINANCIAL DETAILS

Financal data is processed directly by Razorpay. We do not store sensitive payment data.

Submissions (reviews, ideas) become the exclusive property of Myfitbe.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, and names belong to Myfitbe. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

TERMINATION

We may suspend your access for fraud or violations. Termination does not affect rights accrued prior to it.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order paid.

Medical Disclaimer
